How long does a tenancy clean take?

A standard 3-bedroom HDB takes 5–7 hours with a team of 2. Larger condos or heavily soiled units may take 8+ hours. We'll give you an estimate at booking.

Should I book move-in or move-out cleaning?

Both — tenancy cleaning applies to both scenarios. Moving out: restore the unit before returning keys. Moving in: get a fresh, sanitised home before you unpack.

Do I need to empty the unit first?

For move-out cleans, the unit should be cleared of your belongings before we arrive. For move-in cleans, cleaning before your furniture arrives gives the best results.

Do you provide a receipt or cleaning report for the landlord?

Yes, we can provide a service receipt. We recommend doing a walkthrough with your landlord before and after to align on expectations.
