Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a cleaning service?

You can book online in under 3 minutes — no account required. Choose your service, pick a date and time slot, enter your address and details, and pay securely. You'll receive an instant SMS confirmation.

Can I book same-day or next-day?

Same-day bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred slot, especially for weekends.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 2–5 days in advance for the widest choice of available slots. For post-renovation or spring cleaning, booking a week ahead is ideal.

Can I schedule a recurring cleaning?

Yes — we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly housekeeping packages at discounted rates. Contact us for a custom recurring booking quote.

Can I request a specific cleaner?

If you've had a great experience with one of our cleaners, let us know and we'll do our best to assign the same person for your next booking, subject to availability.

During the Cleaning

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No — many of our customers provide a spare key, access card, or door code. You can simply come back to a spotless space. Our cleaners are fully vetted and insured.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Our team brings all required equipment and eco-friendly professional-grade cleaning products. You don't need to prepare anything.

How long does a cleaning session take?

Duration depends on the service and size of your space. A standard 3-bedroom housekeeping session takes approximately 3–4 hours. Deep cleaning typically takes 5–8 hours.

What should I do to prepare for the cleaning?

We recommend tidying up personal items and valuables so our team can focus on cleaning every surface thoroughly. There's no need to vacuum or do any pre-cleaning.

How are your cleaners vetted?

Every cleaner undergoes background checks, in-person interviews, and practical skills assessments. They're trained in our quality standards before their first job and monitored through customer feedback.

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes. All our bookings are covered under our public liability insurance policy. In the unlikely event of any accidental damage, you're protected.

How many cleaners will come?

For housekeeping, typically 1–2 cleaners. For deep cleaning and larger jobs, we send a team of 2–6 depending on the size and complexity of the job.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, GrabPay, and PayNow — all processed securely through Stripe with full encryption.

Is there a service charge or GST?

All prices shown are final and inclusive of GST. No hidden fees or surprise charges.

Can I use a promo code?

Yes. Enter your promo code during checkout. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers. Check our Promotions section for current offers.

Do you offer corporate billing?

Yes. We offer monthly invoicing for corporate and commercial accounts. Contact us at sales@doctorclean.com.sg to set up a corporate account.

Cancellations & Changes

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel anytime before 24 hours of your booking via our online portal or by calling us at +65 8894 4940 at no charge.

What happens if I cancel within 24 hours?

Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount, as our cleaners will already have been allocated.

What if the cleaner doesn't show up?

In the rare event of a no-show, you will receive a full refund and we'll expedite a replacement booking at our earliest convenience.

Satisfaction Guarantee

What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not satisfied with the result, contact us within 24 hours and we'll arrange a complimentary re-clean within 48 hours at no additional cost.

What if something gets damaged?

Report any damage to us within 24 hours. All bookings are covered under our public liability insurance and we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
