Post-reno cleaning addresses construction-specific mess: fine cement dust that settles everywhere, paint splatter on floors and tiles, adhesive residue, silicone marks, and general builder's debris. It's far more intensive than a standard deep clean.
How soon after renovation should I book?
Once all contractors have completed their work and left the site. We recommend letting dust settle for 24 hours before our team arrives for a thorough vacuum and wipe-down.
How long does it take?
Typically 6–10 hours for a 3-bedroom unit, depending on the extent of renovation and level of dust. Major full-home renovations may require 2 days.
Do you remove cement haze from tiles?
Yes — we use professional-grade tile cleaners to remove cement haze and grout residue. For very heavy build-up, we may recommend our scrubbing machine service in addition.
Can I be home during the clean?
You can, but we'd recommend vacating for a few hours if possible. The team works most efficiently without foot traffic in freshly cleaned areas.
