Floor Coating FAQ
Does my floor need to be scrubbed before coating?
Yes — floor coating requires a thoroughly clean, degreased surface for proper adhesion. We recommend booking our scrubbing machine service together with coating for the best result.
How long does the coating last?
Wax coating lasts 3–6 months with regular maintenance. Nano and polyurethane coatings last 1–3 years. Epoxy coatings can last 5+ years with proper care.
Can we walk on the floor right after?
Light foot traffic is usually possible after 2–4 hours. Full curing takes 24–48 hours, during which heavy furniture should not be placed on the floor.
Is coating safe for homes with children and pets?
Yes — once fully cured, all our coatings are non-toxic and safe. We use VOC-compliant products. We'll advise on the safest re-entry time for your specific coating.
